3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Making a Booking

When you make a booking through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our services. A binding contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation email. All bookings are subject to availability.

3.2 Payment Options

We offer the following payment options:

• Full Payment: Pay the entire amount at the time of booking.
• Deposit: Pay 30% of the total amount at booking, with the remaining balance due before the tour date.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

3.4 Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
• No-shows are non-refundable

5. Your Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including contact details, dietary requirements, and any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

5.2 Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) required for entry into Morocco and any other countries included in your tour.

5.3 Health and Fitness

Some of our tours may require a reasonable level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to assess whether you are fit enough to participate in the tour activities.

5.4 Behavior

You agree to comply with all local laws and customs during your tour. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your participation if your behavior is disruptive or offensive to other participants, guides, or local communities.

6. Our Responsibilities

6.1 Service Delivery

We are committed to providing the services as described on our website. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Guides and Staff

All our guides are experienced professionals with local knowledge. We ensure they are trained in safety procedures and customer service.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we cannot be held liable for:

• Personal injury or death caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. We highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
• Lost or delayed baggage
• Personal liability

11. Complaints
