Itinerary / Schedule
DAY 1
Marrakech to Dades Valley
Depart Marrakech crossing the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi n'Tichka pass (2260m). Stop at Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage kasbah featured in many films. Continue through the Valley of Roses to Dades Gorges.
DAY 2
Dades to Merzouga Desert
Drive through Todra Gorges with its impressive 300m canyon walls. Continue to Merzouga at the edge of Erg Chebbi dunes. Late afternoon camel trek to your desert camp for sunset, dinner, and stargazing.
DAY 3
Desert to Marrakech
Optional sunrise viewing, then breakfast at camp. Return to Marrakech via a different route through Draa Valley and Ouarzazate. Arrive in Marrakech evening.
